The Atomic Theatre will be hosting the first on Wednesday August 27, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Wheat Ridge Grange (3850 High Court). If you’re a tween/teen performer who wants stage time, prepare a reading of your favorite picture book to showcase your range and acting ability.
These prepared offerings will be workshopped with other talented teens and ultimately performed at two FREE community story hours.
The are Saturday, August 30 at 10 a.m. and Sunday, August 31 at 1 p.m. at the Wheat Ridge Grange. These story hours are designed to give actors an audience to perform for as they hone their craft and inspire young readers.
Story hours are produced by The Atomic Theatre company and . They feature actors “reading” picture books, crafts and meet and greets/photo ops with the Reading with the Rabbits bunnies.
No reservations are required.
