FYI – I used to be on the sales/supplier side & The misinformed employee is frustrating. We did our best to support the promo with product, etc.

Reminds me of car sales back when the newspaper was the advertising norm. If you didn’t have the paper in hand or the specific item number, the rep didn’t know despite their company taking out 2 full-size color ads in the paper. Just had it happen with Floyds. The reception guy, not the stylist, pretended not to know what I was talking about despite a huge ad campaign with the shopping complex – Southglenn. I was assertive & searched myself for a while until I found the ad.
