John – We’ve redeemed the offer every week. The weekly offer should just pop-up, when you open the app. You have to accept the offer and, then, it’s automatically added to the “Rewards” tab. You might want to consider re-loading the app or double-checking your app knows you’re in the Denver metro area. (The offer is only available in Denver.) We get comments from readers across the country, so we’re never sure of a reader’s location. We know multiple cheapskates redeeming the offer and, so far, no one has had any issues. -BKC
