There’s nothing enjoyable about the rising prices at the gas pump. Th cost is taking its toll on everyone’s budget and wallets. However, to leave a sweeter taste in motorists’ mouths as they feel the pain at the pump, is tapping its “strategic doughnut reserve” and offering a special price on a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts.

Through August 31, Krispy Kreme will set the price for an Original Glazed dozen every Wednesday based on the national average price of a gallon of regular gasoline in the U.S. at participating locations. (The price will be determined based on that week’s stats each Monday.)
The offer is only available in-shop, drive-thru or online pickup at participating locations. Limit two dozen per customer.
The special price is expected to be somewhere in the $4 range. The savings will be significant, given the regular price of a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts is $13.99. (Price may vary by location.)
