Typically, fans of unique and historical architecture spend a weekend peeking into more than 50 of Denver’s interesting and unique sites including commercial, residential and religious buildings, plus theaters, museums, hotels, fire stations, schools, government buildings and other places. For 2021, Doors Open Denver offers 16 FREE, on-demand plans virtual insider tours and four in-person tours from September 27 through October 17.

For the 2021 event, there are four 2021 virtual tours (, , ll and ) and 12 archived from 2020, including Freyer-Newman Center, the Boiler House and the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library, among others.
In-person tours take place Saturdays and Sundays with four tours per day. Sites include the Clyfford Still Museum, the Historic Elitch Theater, the Historic 11th Avenue Hostel and the US. Olympic and Paralympic Museum.
To prioritize public safety, capacity for in-person tours is limited and tickets are expected to sell out. Tickets are $25 for members and $30 for nonmembers.
