Had too many beers or mixed drinks this Labor Day weekend? Don’t even think about driving. is offering FREE cab rides from Friday, September 1 to Monday, September 4. Even if you have just a drink or two, you should consider letting someone sober drive. It’s just not worth it for everyone involved.
Here’s how it works:
Call a cab or ridesharing service, take the ride from a single location to your home, pay the driver and get a receipt for reimbursement (up to $35.)
To qualify, you must be 21 or older and your receipt must be for one-way to your home within Colorado.
Uber and Lyft one-way rides are also covered by the free cab ride program.
After you schedule and pay the Ride-sharing or Taxi service for your ride home, get a receipt for the trip and a copy of your valid ID (scan it or simply take a clear photo of it on your phone).
Then . You have two weeks to submit your receipt following the last day of the program.
