It’s extremely competitive to get through to the Crocs promotion page. The on line line begins officially at 10 mst. But one has to get in line about 8:19 (today) to 8:25  am, varies daily.  
After 2 weeks I finally got through.  You have to get in line the second they open.  Today I was 1 of 450,000.  The crowd started at 200,000 but has grown. Tough competition.
