Dee — I totally agree that the experience was not the best. I checked with our sister sites across the country and ALL had the same issue. The Lowe’s site was overwhelmed, crashed and when they did get back online everything was booked up within minutes. It is VERY disappointing. I suspect they were a victim of their own success where they promoted this nationwide and then couldn’t deliver on their promise. It makes the company look bad. — Laura

I was able to register at about 10:35 AM and secure a pickup at my local Lowe’s. My Lowe’s will be distributing the kits from 5 PM – 7 PM on the 8th. This looks like lots of fun – thanks again!
