Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall between 11th and 15th Streets becomes one large outdoor gallery during the annual . This juried show features more than 100 local and visiting artists, some of whom provide demonstrations even as they showcase their work. Admission is FREE.

The 2025 Arts Fest starts with a kick-off afternoon event on Friday, July 18 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. The festival continues Saturday, July 19 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, July 20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Artwork includes sculptures, woodworking, drawings, paintings, ceramics, jewelry, photography, mixed media and glass.

The Open Studios Mobile Art Lab provides on-site art instruction and inspiration to students of all ages at the art activity tent Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Courthouse lawn.
Many downtown businesses join the festivities with special offers all weekend long.

Remember that City of Boulder garages are FREE on Saturday and Sunday, with parking meters FREE on Sunday.
