was founded in 2012 by Colorado local Craig Engelhorn who, along with other like-minded associates, decided to start brewing professionally. According to their website, “The Spirit Hound embodies the passion for the new and the bold.” This passion reflects in their unique flavors and their deep love for what they do. That love can even be seen in the physical space itself as the distillery features an all-copper pot still that Engelhorn spent over 500 hours tirelessly crafting.
