The restaurant is one of the nation’s first super-premium fast-food concepts, pairing high-quality ingredients and chef-driven recipes with the speed and convenience of fast food.

At the heart of Starbird’s menu is fresh, never-frozen, “no antibiotics ever” chicken, hand-breaded in small batches with a signature gluten-friendly spice blend for maximum crispiness.

With 19 locations across Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area, this growth marks the continuation of Starbird’s expansion into the Colorado market, as well as national stage. 

More than 40,000 pounds of chicken has been sold at the first Colorado location in Denver since opening last September.

Plus, diners at the new Castle Rock location can experience Denver’s top seller, the Chicken Chop Salad — featuring crispy chicken with romaine and cabbage, grape tomatoes, roasted corn, avocado mash, cotija, pepitas, cilantro, green onions and chipotle lime dressing.

At this new 2,500-square-foot Castle Rock location, diners can enjoy a seamless ordering process via in-store kiosks with full-photo menus and detailed item descriptions.

Starbird will be open Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with dine-in, pickup and delivery available.
