Karen – If you have a RedCard, you’ll continue to save 5% when you pay with your card, instead of earning 1%. Beyond that, Target Circle provides other perks, including a birthday gift, exclusive savings and more. It’s up to each individual person to determine whether a loyalty program is worth the time and energy. You will need to further review the program and make that decision for yourself. -BKC

Am I missing the perk to joining the Circle?? You are not allowed to save 5% by using your Red Card and by doing that you only receive 1% back instead?? What is the benefit I am not seeing??
