The restaurant’s first ever Hispanic-inspired burger is available at all locations nationwide through February 15, 2022.

Developed in collaboration with the award-winning chef and restauranteur, Rick Bayless, the authentic Mexican menu item is made with Certified Angus Beef and topped with V&V Supremo’s spicy all-natural Mexican-style pork chorizo. Then, layered with melted cheddar cheese, house made jalapeño pico de gallo, lettuce and mayo — all sandwiched between a toasted spicy chipotle bun.
To encourage customers to try the chef-created burger, Smashburger is offering a one-day-only special on Thursday, December 2. Buy one Chorizo Cheeseburger and get a second one for just $1 at participating locations.
