A bold new player in the Aurora scene, is an Old West themed cidery that celebrates tradition while still encouraging creativity and discovery. Community is everything at Vanishing West, and they invite locals and visitors alike to visit their Community Table and get involved and engaged. In addition, they have linked charities that support those impacted by the California fires on their website and encourage their patrons to chip in if they can.
