If you love anything and everything having to do with fruits and veggies (and being all things vegan!), veg out at on Saturday, September 28, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Tivoli Quad on the Auraria Campus in Denver. The vegan event includes seminars, exhibits, cooking demos, kids’ activities, tons of food samples and more.
Attendees will learn from world-renown experts on health, diet, environmental issues, animal rights and about the many advantages of embracing a vegan-based lifestyle.
There’s also live music and free fun activities to keep the kiddos entertained.
Admission is $10 for adults (plus fees) and FREE for kids (12 & younger.)

Organizers encourage carpooling, riding your bicycle, public transit, or renting bikes/scooters to help lower our carbon footprint from start to finish.
Biking: Denver and the surrounding suburbs are bicycle-friendly. You can take advantage of RTD bike and ride by bringing your bike on the light rail or buses.
Public Transit: There are many great public transit options to get right to this central event space. RTD Bus routes: 1, 16, 43, Train: N, Light Rail: D, W. Remember: RTD is FREE during July and August.
Parking: Tivoli Garage at 9th Street and Auraria Parkway ($25/day), 7th Street Garage at Lawrence Way and 7th Street ($20/day), 5th Street Garage at 5th Street and Walnut Street ($20/day), All surface lots are $20/day, metered parking is also available but limited.
