In most cases, the price difference is more than 10%. The ones we checked were 15%, 20% or even 25% less. Super-last-minute bookings can be up to 60% off.
For each listing, Whimstay includes a link to the Airbnb and/or VRBO listing for the same property on the same dates, so you can compare for yourself.
